I called Reliance 3 times to please send me paper statements. Called for emergency repair service on Sunday, the White Rodgers Thermostate Unit stoppped working. The person whom took the Service call could not speak fluent english & I could not understand him at all. Sales person came in the night fill out the form for only air condition replace for rent. Well, this has not happened the air handler runs all the time, and at this stage I just want this unit removed and refund me my money as this unit just doesn't do what I was total it would do cool the house. Had service scheduled, was at home sitting by the front door between 1 – 5 pm as agreed. Instead, they reported that we weren’t home. Both of our lawyer have been engaging the generic lawyers. Ca email and the portals and I have not had any traction. I am still being billed and to top that off reliance customer service is denying any credits past month 1 and hanging up on my multiple times. Bought a house 6 yrs back with a rented tank already in it. Like many other reviews I have also had issues with them tacking on “maintenance” plans that I did not agree to but this year was just unbelievable. Cancelled my account in December and continue getting bills.

Without notification, Reliance 'assumed' that I wanted to maintain this old rental in the building - Shouldn't you contact the owner first before...
